Procore acquires Datagrid to accelerate AI strategy and deliver enhanced data integration for customers
Procore Technologies, a leading global provider of construction management software, has announced it has acquired Datagrid, bringing together two advanced AI solutions in the built environment. The acquisition accelerates Procore’ s AI strategy and enhances data connectivity for customers. As a vertical AI solution, Datagrid extends Procore’ s reach across the construction ecosystem. Procore said the integration will help customers eliminate data silos and automate complex workflows, including autonomously managing submittal reviews and drafting RFIs across platforms with greater speed and efficiency.
As a leader in construction technology, Procore is positioning itself to guide the industry through rapid AI transformation. The acquisition supports the long-term AI strategy introduced at Groundbreak, the company’ s flagship annual event. By connecting to third-party data sources such as ERP and cloud storage systems, the technology aims to convert fragmented data into a unified system of intelligence.
