A sales team receives monthly requests for quotations by emails and messages totaling more than 800 thousand items. The requests arrive in different formats – in the body of the message itself, in PDF format, in spreadsheets, in the form of an image or even as a text file – making it difficult to interpret the data. Manually entering it into the CRM system is a challenge and a bottleneck for the team, since up to 50 % of the items demanded end up not even being priced.
Faced with this scenario, Grupo Elfa, one of the largest networks of services and logistics solutions for the Brazilian healthcare sector, decided to invest in CotAI, a proprietary GenAI tool developed and programmed to screen, analyze, structure, and process all quotes.
