Embratel announces strategic collaboration agreement with AWS
Embratel has announced it has signed a strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services ( AWS ) to help private companies and the public sector in Brazil accelerate migration to the cloud .
As a result , Embratel has a new business unit dedicated to AWS with more than 100 cloud specialists trained and certified to create solutions and a set of competencies to accelerate digital innovation projects and the migration of data and applications to the cloud .
Because the business landscape rapidly evolves , demand for cloud-based products and services increases . Research shows that IT executives consider the cloud the foundation for their Digital Transformation and their strategic guide to delivering services and applications faster .
They also highlight education , training and availability of talent specializing in cloud technologies among the biggest challenges for cloud adoption all over the country .

Instituto Mauá is named the first 3DEXPERIENCE Edu Center of Excellence in South America
Dassault Systèmes ’ 3DEXPERIENCE Edu Centers of Excellence are part of a global program that provides students , apprentices , professionals , businesses and governments with a network of centers dedicated to experiential and lifelong learning through the 3DEXPERIENCE platform . It enables the current and future acceleration of the Digital Transformation industry .
Dassault Systèmes has named Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia ( IMT ) as the first 3DEXPERIENCE Edu Center of Excellence in South America . With the nomination , the IMT is among the first 10 centers to be members of the program , being first outside Europe , Asia and North America .
In addition to the IMT , members include organizations in France , Germany , India , Mexico , Switzerland and the US , characterized by close collaboration with employers in the aerospace , automotive , energy , electronics and life sciences industries .
The program aims to expand collaboration opportunities for students , faculty , professionals , businesses and governments to work better together . The program meets a global need to prepare students and knowledgeable professionals to thrive in emerging and rapidly changing jobs in verticals such as manufacturing , healthcare , life sciences industries and infrastructure .
