TAFS CEO Julio Bran says on p24 that Ciena was chosen not only for their technology, but for their alignment with TAFS mission to deliver flexible, efficient and future-ready digital infrastructure designed to disrupt the status quo – setting a new standard for connectivity in the region.
Across Latin America, a collective experiment in Artificial Intelligence has been underway since 2023.
LatamGPT aspires to be the region’ s first large language model built on collaboration, openness and inclusion – designed not to dominate the global market but to reflect the voices, cultures and histories of Latin America itself.
On p35 we outline the principles behind the project pitched as offering the region technological sovereignty.
ODATA has closed a landmark US $ 1.02 billion green financing deal, the largest of its kind in LATAM, to accelerate sustainable data center construction across Brazil, Mexico, Chile and Colombia. That features on p30.
Just a sample, then, of what’ s inside – enjoy the read.
