MEXICO
Mexican fintech Stori has partnered with fashion retail giant Shein to launch a private-label credit card .
Both companies say the synergies should help each expand into LATAM ’ s second-largest economy – simultaneously attracting more Mexicans to the credit market and boosting the arrival of buyers to Shein ’ s website .
Shein is growing in popularity across LATAM and is considering building a warehouse in Mexico .
The Shein credit card , a Mastercard , will offer points to use on the store ’ s website with every purchase .
The card will be available to new Stori customers . Stori has already attracted three million customers in Mexico in the last four years .

ARGENTINA
TRG , a global provider of managed technology services , has acquired Boreal Technologies , the Buenos Aires based automation company focused on AIDC ( Automated Data Capture and Identification ).
The acquisition will allow TRG to expand its presence and enhance its capabilities in robotics and automation .

BRAZIL
Brazilian healthtechs Zitrus and Unio have merged to create Nexdom – a product of Sinergia Unimed ERP , that aims to create a unified solution to centralize management softwares and health insurance processes .
Both Zitrus and Unio are part of Sistema Unimed – the insurance network made up of independent doctors and hospitals .
“ This merger came from the idea of uniting the best existing solutions in one single project with the objective of making health insurance firms focus on customer service while Nexdom focuses on tech ,” said Daniel Torres , CEO , Nexdom .

COLOMBIA
Grupo Bancolombia ’ s Wenia crypto platform has launched WeniaCard – allowing users to pay with cryptocurrency at any store that accepts MasterCard and integrate with Apple Pay and Google Pay .
Wenia aims to reach more users and increase the adoption of digital assets as digital currencies gain traction in Colombia . Estimates suggest some six million Colombians currently invest or save using cryptocurrencies .

Founded in 2022 , Wenia is an app-based platform that allows users to buy , receive and send digital assets .
The Wenia app has over 40K downloads since it launched five months ago .
