Banco Bmg deploys voice biometrics via WhatsApp

Banco Bmg in Brazil has implemented voice biometrics via WhatsApp for the security of its customers .

With the help of Minds Digital , the Voice IDtech pioneer , the bank now offers more convenience and security to its customers .
According to the bank , 93 % of registered customers are already authenticating by voice and being served faster , generating convenience for the user and a secure experience .
“ Banco Bmg customers can now enjoy fluid and secure biometric authentication when using the popular messaging app to check balances , with automated service provided by Blip , a smart conversation platform ,” said Vinícius Ferrari , Customer Experience Coordinator , Bmg .
