Maxtrack ’ s monitoring solution now integrates Raízen EAB fleets
This new stage will include Maxtrack ’ s intelligent platform , which covers vehicle tracking , onboard telemetry , in-cab cameras , external cameras with peripheral vision and sensors that use Artificial Intelligence ( AI ) to support drivers working in the business division .
Raízen ’ s total fleet serving the EAB area comprises 4,200 vehicles distributed across 30 operational bioenergy parks .
As a result of the successful partnership established over four years ago , Maxtrack , a leading technology provider for passenger and cargo tracking in Latin America , and Raízen have expanded the partnership to include tracking service for the fleets of the company ’ s ethanol , sugar and bioenergy division ( EAB in Portuguese ).
Currently , Maxtrack monitors over 3,500 third-party trucks that Raízen uses for transporting their products in the fuel transportation divisions .
By combining Short for Long Range ( LoRa ) technology , which ensures connectivity even in areas without internet and GSM networks , Maxtrack ’ s system can collect and analyze vehicle information every second .
By submitting this data for big data and AI analysis , Raízen ’ s team can predictively detect possible theft attempts , collisions , mechanical failures and compare any anomalies in real-time based on a truck ’ s or driver ’ s historical behavior .
