OmniQ is to deploy a state-of-the-art software system and an additional 55 cameras in several cities across Uruguay – based on patented AI neural network algorithms .
Q Shield , OMNIQ ’ s AI-based machine vision Vehicle Recognition System ( VRS ), uses patented Neural Network algorithms that imitate human brains for pattern recognition and decision-making . More than 17,000 OMNIQ AI based machine vision sensors are installed worldwide .

KKR has invested in Peru ’ s first open access fiber optic network .
The leading global investment firm has agreed to acquire a majority interest in PangeaCo and the fiber optic networks of Telefónica del Perú and Entel Peru to create ON * NET Fibra de Perú as a platform which will independently build and operate the nation ’ s largest fiber optic network – open to all Internet Service Providers .
KKR plans some US $ 200 million of additional investment to accelerate expansion of ultra-fast digital infrastructure to more than double the network to at least 5.2 million homes across Peru by the end of 2026 .

Fermaca Networks ( FN ), a leading provider of Long Haul Dark Fiber infrastructure in Mexico has partnered with Gold Data – allowing both companies to leverage complementary strengths in the marketplace .
In addition , Gold Data is acquiring an undisclosed number of Fiber Pairs in Fermaca Networks phase 1 route ( FN-1 ) which originates in El Paso , Texas , and traverses multiple cities in Mexico and reaches as far South as Queretaro and Guadalajara . “ FN ’ s core strengths complement those of Gold Data perfectly and we are excited about the opportunity to align our values ,” said Edgar Mosti , CRO , Fermaca Networks .
Crusoe Energy Systems and Unblock Computing have announced a strategic alliance to bring Crusoe ’ s Digital Flare Mitigation ( DFM ) technology to Argentina – with the commissioning and ongoing operation of the first DFM project in Argentina ’ s Vaca Muerta oilfield to reduce the energy waste and environmental impacts of natural gas flaring .
This is the first international expansion of Crusoe ’ s DFM technology and represents an important milestone in Crusoe ’ s global expansion plans and efforts to mitigate methane emissions . Argentina is the 12th biggest global emitter of methane , according to World Bank data .
