The solution provides total control of all access to the databases of business management systems , such as ERPs and CRMs , through access control rules ( ACL ) that can be created based on attributes like user , IP address and software , as well as control by date and time . Having reports of access records ( logon ) and the occurrence of many blocks ( access attempts ) facilitates intelligence , decision making and auditing .
According to Fernando Vilarim , Director of Wise Database Solutions , the solution was designed to meet growing demand from the consulting clients of the company , who want control and details about all user movements and access to databases , especially after the regulation of new rules for the protection and processing of personal data .
