So , we must , undoubtedly , nurture our empathy , make room for the different voices and hear them all . and process flows – how users can consume them intuitively and from any environment . In the end , fortunately , the requirements of us as users have changed , which makes it possible to create new significant advances in the future .
What are the specific challenges of the region when implementing new technologies ?
The ‘ comfort ’ of some existing technologies sometimes makes it more difficult for us to understand what we could achieve , conquer or improve within our tasks and expectations . We get used to what works efficiently . Still , we are simply ‘ adapting ’ in some cases . But also making intelligent investments allows us to go further , improving our experience and our results .
What changes have you seen in your job role in the last year and how do you think they will develop in the next 12 months ?

How do you deal with stress and relax outside of the office ?
Stress comes from people with different demands , matching their realities and data . So , I intend to maintain a fluid and organized schedule for my workload and answer these various demands that may generate alarm .
The way of answering the requirements has changed , including how customers and users consume the different services , solutions and products . Indeed , this is the beginning of new cultures brought to the future . We are more demanding as users with the level of service , with more precise results and understanding the return on investment of technologies and experiences .
What advice would you give someone aspiring to a C-level position in your industry ?
Caio Moreno has been Product Business Development Manager , Avaya , since 2018 . From this position , he covers the markets of Canada , Mexico , Brazil , Colombia and all other countries in Latin America . He got a Bachelor ’ s Degree in Computer Science from Universidade Ibirapuera and has more than 10 years of experience in the Latin American and Regional ITC market .
Outside the office , one of the things that delights me most is traveling and continuing to get to know unfamiliar places , food and cultures . Even though we are on different journeys , we also must enjoy the pathway , not just the destination .
If you could go back and change one career decision , what would it be ?
I think that always being very attentive to different professional profiles helps us make better decisions and helps us grow . Some of us have common goals ; others may have very personal goals , so we must identify these .
What do you currently identify as the main investment areas in your industry ?
Investment in experiences and how technology can be intelligent and integrated with the different channels
Look at your achievements and your impact as a member of an industry . As we manage the technology industry , we are helping to improve people ’ s experiences . Understanding this is key to knowing if more investments are necessary for new integrations if there is a need for more study about any development . p
